Pavlos Vrellis wax museum (by Bill Kallerghis).
Pavlos Vrellis, a lover of the Greek revolution and the Greek Heroes, created this incredible museum in order to honor all those people, who fought for freedom.
However, not only did he create waxwork for the Greek Revolution, but he also made waxwork representing important parts of the Greek History.
All in all the museum contains150 waxwork and 37 historical themes about the Greek Revolution.

The museum is located at the township of Mpizani (Iwannina)and it was built on February 1983.
It covers 2.500 m2 and it is built according to the traditional architecture.
Exhibits
The waxwork creations are in real shape and are so well-made that give you the impression of real people. Sometimes, visitors think that the waxworks look insistently at them, a sense which proves waxworks’ quality. The whole place is organized in order to suit with the environment of the waxwork.
In other words, the visitor has the idea of travelling through caves, mountains, churches etc. The whole experience is unbelievable and totally transfers you back to those periods!
