I have recently read the horror and adventurous book named ‘’The Shepherd’’ written by Ethan Cross, a famous writer of thriller books.

Ethan Cross was born in  Illinois, where he still lives with his family. From an early age, he showed an interest writing about heroes, fires and similar things...

His first book was ’The Shepherd’’. However, he also had a connection with music as he was a singer and a guitar player of a band. Moreover, he was an active member of the International Thriller Writers organization.

Back to the book now… the whole plot of this novel is based on the life of two controversial characters.
On the one hand, there is a former detective, Marcus Williams, who fights for society and on the other hand, there  is a mad serial killer, Francis Ackerman Jr, who has a unique… talent to cause indescribable pain to his victims. However, this is not something interesting or unique or innovative, right? Yet.don't jump to conclusions, if you read the book, your opinion will be totally changed! The continuous plot change, the passion and the constant sense of mystery and  fear, which deluge the book, and the questions ‘’What is right? What is true? ''Who to trust? What to do?’’ are some factors which will make you  love the book and  read it more than once!

In other words this agonizing, frightening and full of social meanings and awareness novel is a…must-read!
